Evil's final battle

http://www.crystalinks.com/dragons.html
I knew we wouldn’t be the only ones to battle Beowulf!  Since he is such a “great warrior”, there would always be someone to challenge him.  This time it was a dragon though.  It was horridly wonderful to watch! You could actually feel the steaming, fiery hot breath of the dragon, the sweat pouring off of Beowulf as he struggled against the great beast.  Beowulf was too confident in the beginning, and, in my opinion, got scared when it wasn’t for sure that he would make it out of the battle alive.  They struggled for was seemed like hours, but the dragons strong scales were no match for Beowulf’s crude sword.  There was fire everywhere, and it melted his armor.  Defeat was in the air, so strong you could almost taste the bitterness of death.  However, this death would be sweet, so sweet for his death was punishment for mine as well as my son’s.
The only thing that kept the dragon from winning was that fool, Wiglaf. He couldn’t have just run away like the rest of those ‘brave warriors’?  Instead he had to be brave and ‘loyal’.  Who honors loyalty these days?  He came and saved the day.  Beowulf didn’t need help; he deserved to die.  He didn’t remain loyal to his God when he fought for the fame and glory, why should anyone remain loyal to him?  Loyalty meant nothing to us, demons only care about power and glory, we move on to the next most powerful leader as soon as it becomes known that they are more powerful.  Unfortunately, Wiglaf had to help Beowulf, and the dragon was defeated.  At least he got in a few good swipes before his end.
